Establish a database for the university's laboratories and scientific equipment, link it to the National Bank of Laboratories and Scientific Equipment, update it periodically, enable researchers to use it, and provide data to facilitate and guide the purchase, operation, and maintenance of scientific equipment.

Introducing the scientific and research equipment available in the laboratories of Matrouh University colleges and institutes and making them available to researchers on the National Bank website to contribute to the development of scientific research.

1. Register the laboratories in the university's colleges and institutes and their scientific equipment through the database.
2. Update the data of scientific equipment and any modifications periodically.
3. Provide the National Bank of Laboratories and Scientific Equipment in Egyptian universities with data on the equipment operating in the university's colleges and institutes.
4. Assist researchers at Matrouh University and other universities and guide them to the location, status, and supervisors of the equipment in the university's laboratories.
5. Establish a mechanism to make equipment available for use by researchers at the university.
6. Supervise maintenance operations.
7. Rationalize the purchase of scientific equipment and prevent duplication, especially for high-cost equipment.
8. Contribute to training technical staff on the equipment available in the laboratories of Matrouh University colleges and institutes.
9. Enable scientific marketing of equipment to serve community sectors.
10. Propose the budget allocated for scientific research equipment at the university.
