Unit Vision

To make the Alumni Support Unit at Matrouh University one of the distinguished units among Egyptian and Arab universities in aligning educational outcomes with labor market requirements locally and regionally, enhancing graduates' levels, increasing their scientific and practical abilities, and meeting community needs.

Unit Mission

To improve the performance of Matrouh University graduates, raise their efficiency, develop their abilities, create continuous communication channels with graduates, follow up on their performance after graduation, and continuously improve this performance through programs, training courses, workshops, and various activities.

Unit Goals
  1. Build continuous communication channels to strengthen the relationship between graduates and the college/university through the university website and social media.
  2. Create a database for graduates of each college, indicating the percentage of employed and unemployed graduates, to be provided to relevant authorities.
  3. Propose necessary programs to qualify graduates for the labor market and help them find job opportunities through specialized training courses.
  4. Follow up with graduates in their fields of work, identify main obstacles they face, and provide solutions.
  5. Monitor graduates' activities, highlight their achievements in all fields, and benefit from graduates in leadership positions by involving them as speakers in awareness programs to motivate graduates.
  6. Support and promote a culture of loyalty to the university among graduates.
  7. Assist in proper planning for Matrouh University colleges by identifying graduates' problems.
  8. Provide information to students and curriculum committees about labor market needs to help develop academic programs and align learning outcomes with market requirements.
  9. Communicate with institutions, companies, and ministries locally, regionally, and internationally to coordinate the employment of the largest possible number of graduates.
  10. Conduct statistics on unemployed and employed graduates and provide relevant authorities with the results for necessary action.
